Job Title: Staff Nurse
Job Description: The Staff Nurse delivers high-quality nursing care to patients, assesses their health conditions, and implements nursing care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Patient Care:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing treatment plans.
- Perform medical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV administration as needed.
- Assess patients’ conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Care Planning:
- Develop individualized care plans based on patients’ needs and medical conditions.
- Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans effectively.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charts, progress notes, and medication logs.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and legal requirements.
Patient Education:
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
- Promote health and wellness through preventive care guidance.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other medical staff to provide coordinated care.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Professional Development:
- Engage in continuing education to stay updated on nursing practices and technologies.
- Mentor junior nurses or nursing students as needed.
