Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Job Description: The Senior HR Executive plays a key role in managing and enhancing the organization’s human resources operations. This individual ensures the implementation of HR policies, oversees employee relations, supports talent acquisition, and facilitates training and development initiatives. The role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- HR Policy Implementation
- Review, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with legal standards.
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with the organization’s goals and values.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Mediate conflicts and provide resolutions aligned with company policies.
- Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on employee development plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
- Training & Development
- Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Manage benefits programs and address employee queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare industry.
