Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Summary: A Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, overseeing, and managing construction and infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, dams, and water supply systems. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Design, develop, and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Prepare blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Oversee quality control, safety procedures, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, codes, and environmental policies.
- Resolve design and construction issues during project execution.
Qualifications & Education:
- B Tech Civil with minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certification (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
