Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR strategy. The role ensures that the organization’s HR initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to support decision-making and organizational improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan workforce needs and succession planning.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
