Job Title: Group Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary: The Group Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple business units or regions. This role ensures the effective planning, procurement, production, logistics, and distribution of goods and services while driving cost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement group-level supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics across multiple sites.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain supply chain systems, processes, and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Finance, and Quality Control to ensure seamless operations.
- Forecast demand and manage supply planning to meet production and customer requirements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.
- Optimize transportation and distribution networks for cost and time efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality regulations in supply chain operations.
- Lead and develop supply chain teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA with minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across regions or business units.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
