Job Summary: The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing communication between the organization and external parties such as government authorities, media, and the public. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, enhances the company’s image, and supports smooth business operations by handling official documentation and public relations activities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, confirm your Job Descriptions with the Interviewer:

  • Manage government-related documentation, visa processing, labor cards, and company registrations.
  • Liaise with ministries, embassies, immigration departments, and other government bodies on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of company licenses, permits, and legal documents.
  • Handle employee-related government formalities including work permits, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
  • Support communication strategies to enhance the company’s public image.
  • Assist in organizing events, press releases, and corporate announcements when required.
  • Stay updated with new rules, regulations, and procedures issued by government authorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MSW or MHA or MBA.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration procedures, and business regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with government departments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
