Job Summary: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) manages the hospital’s daily operations, ensuring efficient services, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care while supporting strategic goals and overall performance.

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality patient care
- Implement hospital policies, procedures, and operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, administrative, and support departments to ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service delivery standards
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and regulatory authorities
- Support the CEO and Board in strategic planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements
Qualifications & Education:
- MBA
- Minimum 15 years of relevent experience in healthcare industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
