- CONTINENTAL COOK
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control for all menu items
- Plan daily food preparation and assist in menu development when required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Handle guest requests and special dietary requirements professionally
2. GUEST RELATIONS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression
- Assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
- Handling guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintaining excellent communication with guests before, during, and after their stay
- Coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting a high standard of customer service
3. SOUTH INDIAN COOK
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, curries, and chutneys
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items
- Manage kitchen mise en place, including grinding batters and preparing spice mixes
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients as required
- Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage procedures
- Adapt recipes based on customer preferences or dietary requirements
4. WAITER AND WAITRESS
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables and addressing requests
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Handle bills, payments, and POS transactions correctly
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guests
