
Job Description: JSLP-3445 F&B Executive – Hospitality Industry (Bangalore)

- Operations Management:
- Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the department.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage food and beverage staff.
- Schedule and assign duties to staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Inventory and Supply Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Qualificatiions:
- Education:
- Diploma or equivalent in related filed.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
