Job Description: JSLP-3451 HR Executive– Hospitality Industry (Bangalore)

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, confirm your Job Descriptions with the Interviewer:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding processes for new employees.
    • Prepare and distribute employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Manage and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a professional and effective manner.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    • Coordinate performance review processes and provide support to managers and employees.
    • Track and report on key HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree.
  • Proven 1year experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work in a standard office environment.
  • Ability to occasionally travel for recruitment events, training sessions, or meetings if required.

Salary: Based on interview performance.
