Job Description: JSLP-3451 HR Executive– Hospitality Industry (Bangalore)

- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a professional and effective manner.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate performance review processes and provide support to managers and employees.
- Track and report on key HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Any degree.
- Proven 1year experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a standard office environment.
- Ability to occasionally travel for recruitment events, training sessions, or meetings if required.
Salary: Based on interview performance.
