  • Customer Engagement:
    • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
    • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
    • Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales:
    • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the overall sales value.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products available in the showroom.
    • Stay updated on new products, features, and industry trends.
    • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Showroom Maintenance:
    • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
    • Arrange product displays to attract customer attention and enhance the shopping experience.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
    • Prepare and maintain sales records and reports.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree, additional education or training in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work in a showroom environment with extended periods of standing.
  • Ability to lift and move products as necessary.
  • May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Salary: Based on interview performance.
