- Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Contact existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Lead Generation:
- Collect and record customer information accurately.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Update the customer database with relevant information and feedback.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Provide detailed information and support to potential customers to facilitate sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Feedback and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Provide regular feedback to the Telecalling Manager on call outcomes and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Any degree.
- 1 year of proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role. Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
Salary: 5000 – 6000
