- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, practices, and regulations.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions for employees.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- MBA in HR (Human Resources).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
