  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, practices, and regulations.
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
    • Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and organize training sessions for employees.
    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Ensure competitive compensation practices in line with market standards.


  • MBA in HR (Human Resources).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Salary: Based on interview performance.
