Job Summary: The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or injuries. The goal is to improve patients’ mobility, function, and quality of life through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.

- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to diagnose movement dysfunction and identify treatment needs.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and clinical judgment.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on the condition, treatment plan, and strategies for improving mobility and function.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Clinical setting, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, or private practice.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting patients, standing for long periods, and demonstrating exercises.
