Job Summary: The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer collaborates with architects, contractors, and other professionals to achieve project goals.

- Project Management: Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solutions to construction problems, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a construction or site engineering role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Construction site with exposure to various weather conditions and construction hazards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and move around construction sites; ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed.
