Job Summary: The UI/UX Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that provide a seamless and engaging user experience. This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing digital products.

- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions. Use tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or others.
- UI Design: Design and refine user interfaces, ensuring they are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetics. Create style guides and design systems.
- UX Design: Develop user flows, sitemaps, and interaction models to ensure a seamless user experience. Focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Front-End Development: Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. Ensure designs are compatible across various browsers and devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to implement designs and ensure they meet technical requirements and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
