Job Summary: The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering information about the company’s products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, confirm your Job Descriptions with the Interviewer:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
    • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for their call or visit.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Investigate and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  3. Product/Service Information:
    • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
    • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking.
  4. Customer Records:
    • Maintain and update customer records with accurate and detailed information.
    • Document all interactions and transactions with customers in the customer service database.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree.
  • 1 year of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Languages know Tamil, English.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is typically performed in an office or call center environment.
  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday work depending on business needs.

Salary: 16000 – 22000
