  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and in accordance with physician instructions.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling and team collaboration.

  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and software.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD).
  • Licensure: Active pharmacist license as required by the governing body.
  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years of experience in a retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Certifications: Certification in immunization delivery or specialized areas (e.g., oncology, geriatrics) is advantageous.
