Job Title: Sales Executive

Sales and Business Development
- Identify potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- Promote and sell healthcare products, services, or solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and market penetration.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to identify additional opportunities.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the healthcare products or services offered.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, or training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in healthcare.
Negotiation and Closing
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales effectively, ensuring all documentation and processes are complete.
Reporting and Market Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in selling medical devices, equipment, or healthcare services is advantageous.
- Certifications: Sales or marketing certifications are a plus.
