Job Title: Operation Manager

- Operational Oversight:

- Process Improvement:

- Strategic Planning:
- Work with senior management to develop and align operational strategies with business goals.
- Forecast operational needs and develop contingency plans.
- Participate in the budgeting and financial planning process.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure operations meet customer expectations in quality, cost, and delivery.
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Promote workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is an advantage.
- Experience:
- 5 Years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role in healthcare industry.
- Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.

- Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office).
