The Pharmacy Manager acts as a leader, mentor, and key decision-maker in all pharmacy-related activities.

Operational Management
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, customer service, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure the accurate dispensing of medications and adherence to legal and professional standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure staff development and accountability.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee the proper handling and storage of medications, including controlled substances.
- Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical policies and practices.
Customer and Patient Care
- Provide expert advice to customers and healthcare professionals regarding medication use and safety.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote health and wellness initiatives, such as vaccinations or medication therapy management.
Financial Management
- Develop and monitor the pharmacy’s budget to meet financial targets.
- Optimize operational efficiency to control costs while maximizing profitability.
- Analyze sales and financial reports to identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Planning
- Implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and organizations to expand pharmacy services.
- Innovate and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Qualification:
- B Pharm, D Pharm
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
