Job Description: The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all supply chain operations, including procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Set performance metrics and regularly evaluate the team’s effectiveness.

Technology and Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions, such as ERP systems, to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to support environmental goals.

Financial and Operational Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

Qualification:

  • Any degree, MBA.

Experience:
