Job Title: Insurance Executive
Job Description: The Insurance Executive is responsible for managing and growing an organization’s insurance portfolio by developing strong relationships with clients, assessing risk profiles, and recommending suitable insurance products. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance policies and regulations.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients’ policies to ensure coverage meets their changing needs.
Policy and Product Management:
- Develop and recommend suitable insurance products based on client requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.
- Process and oversee policy renewals, endorsements, and claims.
Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate client risk profiles to identify potential exposures.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to negotiate terms and secure coverage.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand the insurance portfolio by acquiring new clients.
- Design and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients or partners.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to client accounts and insurance activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legislative changes.
Education:
- Any degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
