Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description: A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of equipment, facilities, and systems in a variety of settings, such as industrial, commercial, or residential buildings. This role involves troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and responding to emergencies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections and scheduled maintenance of machinery, systems, and facilities.
- Identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns.
Repairs:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Perform repairs on equipment, appliances, and infrastructure.
Troubleshooting:
- Analyze equipment failures or malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to solve problems efficiently.
Installation:
- Assist with the installation of new machinery, systems, or equipment.
- Ensure proper setup and operation according to manufacturer specifications.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and update maintenance logs.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements.
Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests or system failures.
- Minimize downtime by quickly resolving critical issues.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI/ Diploma in any field with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial enronment.
