Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of an organization. The CFO oversees the finance department, provides strategic financial guidance, ensures compliance with financial regulations, and plays a critical role in shaping the company’s future direction.

- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, tax laws, and industry-specific requirements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the organization.
- Ensure robust internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
- Capital Management
- Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financing activities.
- Evaluate and manage funding options, including debt and equity financing.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and professional development.
- Collaborate with other executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and organizational success.
- Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Relations
- Represent the company in financial matters with investors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to secure and maintain strong relationships with key financial partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial principles, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare industry.
