Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of an organization.     7. Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Relations
      • Represent the company in financial matters with investors, banks, and other stakeholders.
      • Lead efforts to secure and maintain strong relationships with key financial partners.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA is highly preferred.
    • Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic financial management.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial principles, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets is a plus.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare industry.
