Job Description: A Web Designer is responsible for creating and designing visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with the client’s or organization’s brand and business objectives. They work to ensure websites are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and optimized for user experience across various devices.

- Design and Development
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to conceptualize website layouts.
- Design engaging and responsive websites, focusing on aesthetics and usability.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement design features and functionality.
- User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)
- Ensure intuitive navigation and accessibility for all users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
- Optimize designs for performance and load speed.
- Branding and Visual Content
- Design graphics, logos, banners, and other visual elements for websites.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines in web designs.
- Technology and Tools
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
- Implement basic coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams.
- Communicate design concepts and updates to stakeholders.
- Handle client feedback to refine designs effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma.
- Deep understanding of wordpress updates and enhancement.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
