Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Description: The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, understanding vehicle repair and maintenance needs, and ensuring a smooth service experience. The Service Advisor is responsible for accurately recording customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and communicating service details effectively.

Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to their concerns.
- Document customer requests and concerns accurately for diagnostic and service purposes.
- Provide clear explanations of required repairs and associated costs.
Service Coordination:
- Prepare detailed work orders for the service team.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and provide updates to customers.
Sales and Recommendations:
- Offer recommendations for preventative maintenance and additional services.
- Promote products and services that enhance customer vehicle performance.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and invoices.
Communication:
- Explain technical issues in a way customers can understand.
- Manage follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction after service completion.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions.
- Ensure proper handling of customer payments and warranty claims.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Freshers can also apply.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and terminology.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
