Job Description: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.

- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Process orders and follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM software.
- Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
- Coordinate and communicate with the logistics or operations team to ensure product delivery.
- Administrative Tasks
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for the sales manager or leadership team.
- Manage inventory levels and stock availability to support sales goals.
- Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualification:
- Any degree, MBA.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Architecture or Construction or Interior Firm.
