Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description: The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding market presence. This role requires a proactive and dynamic professional with excellent communication, strategic thinking, and sales skills.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, industries, and clients for business expansion.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other methods.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads to convert them into opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning and Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Develop and present business strategies to stakeholders, highlighting growth opportunities and revenue potential.
Negotiations and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve products and services.
Performance Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and performance data.
Qualification:
- Any degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any Construction or any building materials
