Job Description: The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing an organization’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase online presence, and drive engagement. This role involves managing content creation, analytics, and staying updated on trends to ensure effective and innovative social media campaigns.

- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.

Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media channels.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
- Foster relationships with the online community, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Address customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Use data insights to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experiment with emerging platforms and content formats to keep the brand competitive.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize for ROI.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
Qualification:
Any degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling social medial platforms.
