Job Title: System Administrator
Job Description: A System Administrator is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers. They ensure the systems meet the needs of users and maintain system efficiency, security, and performance.

System Maintenance and Upkeep
- Install, configure, and manage operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and recovery processes.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively.
Network Administration
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPNs, and other networking systems.
- Ensure network availability, stability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Security Management
- Implement and monitor security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption.
- Respond to security breaches and vulnerabilities.
- Manage user access controls, permissions, and accounts.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Document incidents and resolutions for future reference.
Server and Cloud Management
- Manage on-premise and cloud-based servers (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
- Optimize server configurations for performance and reliability.
Policy and Compliance
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Keep documentation up to date, including system configurations and procedures.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry.
