Order Delivery and Service
- Deliver food, beverages, and other room service items to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
- Set up trays or trolleys neatly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards.
- Confirm orders with guests and make necessary adjustments if required.
Guest Interaction
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
- Respond to guest inquiries or complaints politely and escalate them to the supervisor if needed.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Ensure trays, trolleys, and service equipment are clean, sanitized, and returned to the designated area after use.
- Keep the room service station organized and stocked with supplies like napkins, utensils, and condiments.
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Communicate any special requests or dietary preferences to the kitchen.
- Work closely with housekeeping and front office staff to meet guest needs.
Adherence to Standards
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the prescribed uniform.
Additional Duties
- Assist in setting up minibars in guest rooms, if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors with minimum 1 year of experience.
