Job Title: Admin Operations Executive
Job Description: The Admin Operations Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across the organization. This role involves handling routine administrative tasks, supporting management, streamlining processes, and ensuring that operational goals are met effectively.

Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
- Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
Operational Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Prepare operational and administrative reports as required.
Team Coordination:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and teams.
- Collaborate with HR to assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Supervise support staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and completion.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
