Job Title: HR Executive
Job Description: The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, payroll, and compliance. The role involves supporting the organization in maintaining a productive and engaged workforce while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and corporate events.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and tools.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on goal-setting and career development.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
- Coordinate training programs to upskill employees.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing, including attendance and leave management.
- Assist in administering employee benefits such as insurance, provident fund, etc.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Policy Development and Implementation
- Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies effectively to employees and address queries.
Required Qualifications
- Any degree.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
