    • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory financial requirements.

  7. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary financial liaison with investors, banks, auditors, and regulators.
    • Communicate financial performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry
