Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, operations, and performance of an organization. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry
