Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Description: A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting clients, identifying opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires frequent travel, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
- Promote and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing team.
Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Product Demonstrations:
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions effectively.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer support.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in construction or architecture industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Key Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
