Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Description: The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by performing tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who can manage confidential information effectively.

Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and onboarding materials.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the HR department.
Recruitment Support
- Post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate initial candidate interviews.
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs or recruitment events.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing materials and setting up new hire orientations.
- Ensure proper documentation for resignations, terminations, or transfers.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining and auditing employee files for compliance.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support HR programs like training sessions, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
Payroll and Benefits Support
- Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Assist in benefits enrollment and administration.
Other Duties
- Assist in HR projects, such as implementing new HR software or processes.
- Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies or managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any degree.
- Experience:
1 year of experience in an administrative or HR role (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level). Freshers can also apply. - Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS software and ATS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
