Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Description: A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication and operations within the sales department. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction, streamlining sales processes, and driving the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
- Track sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Order Management:
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with internal teams.
- Address and resolve order-related issues with customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Team Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance).
- Schedule and organize team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Administrative Duties:
