Job Title: Business Development Coordinator
Job Description: The Business Development Coordinator supports the growth and development of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in strategic initiatives. This role involves market research, coordination of proposals and presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and provide insights to support strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Proposal and Presentation Development:
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop engaging materials.
- Ensure that all client-facing documents are accurate and aligned with the company’s brand and strategy.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business development efforts.
- Facilitate internal meetings to discuss project updates, strategies, and opportunities.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to promote the business.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Track and report on key metrics, such as leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and partners in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Any degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Other: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirement:
- 2 Wheeler, 4 Wheeler driving license is mandatory.
