Job Title: Store Manager
Job Description: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store to ensure optimal performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, inventory, customer relations, and operational procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Operational Management
- Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Staff Leadership
- Recruit, hire, and train store employees.
- Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Any degree with FMCG.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management or a similar leadership role.
