Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.

- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality protocols.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, implementing improvements as needed.

- Performance Monitoring:
- Evaluate employee performance through regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
- Any degree with minimum 3 years of FMCG experienced preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team toward achieving goals.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools specific to the industry.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
