Job Description: An Infection Control Nurse plays a vital role in healthcare settings, focusing on the prevention, identification, and management of infections to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

    • Develop and implement infection prevention policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bsc Nursing or GNM.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of Clinical nursing experience, with a focus on infection control or epidemiology.
    • Familiarity with healthcare-associated infection (HAI) reporting systems.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of microbiology, epidemiology, and infection control protocols.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret infection data effectively.
    • Leadership skills to influence and educate staff at all levels.
