    • Prepare reports for management on guest satisfaction trends and opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Any degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
