Job Title: Head Branding

Job Description: The Head of Branding is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic vision, direction, and execution of all branding initiatives within an organization. This role ensures consistent messaging, enhances brand equity, and establishes a strong, cohesive identity across all channels.

    1. Strategic Leadership:
      • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
      • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities to enhance the brand’s position.
      • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure brand alignment with overall business goals.
    2. Brand Development:
      • Oversee the creation and evolution of the brand’s identity, including logo, color palette, typography, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
      • Ensure the brand’s story and values are effectively communicated internally and externally.
    3. Marketing and Campaigns:
      • Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and loyalty.

    6. Team Leadership:
      • Manage and mentor a team of branding and creative professionals.

    7. Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Act as a brand ambassador within the organization and with external partners.
      • Represent the brand at events, conferences, and in media when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
