Job Title: Staff Nurse
Job Description: The Staff Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their needs in accordance with medical guidelines, organizational policies, and professional nursing standards. They work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.

Patient Care:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and communicate results to physicians.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and nursing notes.
- Ensure documentation aligns with legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration:
- Work with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
Infection Control & Safety:
- Adhere to infection control policies and standard precautions.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials.
- Report and address safety concerns promptly.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated with advancements in nursing practices and attend training sessions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nurses or trainees, as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- BSC Nursing or GNM.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.

- Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using healthcare technology and electronic medical records (EMRs).
