Job Summary: The Security is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, property, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring activities, preventing unauthorized access, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, confirm your Job Descriptions with the Interviewer:
- Patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance.
- Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms.
- Control access to the property, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes when necessary.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents quickly and effectively.
- Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches to the supervisor or management.
- Write accurate incident and activity reports.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long hours.
- Good observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies professionally.
- Basic knowledge of first aid is a plus.
