Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer is a senior executive responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The CFO oversees all finance-related functions, ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic growth of the organization.

- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage investment strategies and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Oversee internal audits and ensure proper internal controls are in place.
- Collaborate with other senior executives on business strategy, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly desirable.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
