Job Title: Purchase Manager
Job Summary: The Purchase Manager is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely sourcing of quality materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices. This role involves vendor management, negotiation, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and quality materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and new products to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, logistics, etc.) to forecast procurement needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid disruptions in operations.
- Manage inventory levels and avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Review and analyze procurement reports and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, quality, safety, and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry.
