Job Title: Purchase Manager
Job Summary: The Purchase Manager is responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and services at the best quality and cost. The role involves developing purchasing strategies, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quality materials at competitive prices.
- Manage the procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, alternative products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Manage purchase budgets and track procurement costs to optimize spending.
- Lead and guide the procurement team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in textile industry.
