Job Title: Staff Nurse
Job Summary: The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established hospital policies, procedures, and standards. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and assisting doctors in treatment and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Provide professional nursing care to patients in assigned units.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Educate patients and families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Handle medical equipment safely and ensure proper maintenance.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation procedures.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: B.Sc Nursing/ GNM.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Basic computer literacy for medical documentation.
